Order: To make a profiled appearance in the market possible by branding and packaging design of an existing beer brand.

Initial situation: In a team work together with three classmates of the GDK we got the order to make the existing beer brand “Palm beer” more well-known and to position more clearly in the market. We split up into two groups. One group dealt with the packaging, the other with the logo. I was in the logo team and realized the detail design and the final artwork. Despite the division, our goal was to achieve a consistent effect of logo and packaging.

Experiences: At first I had difficulties to connect the palm with the logo. Finally, I developed a solution that suited the project and was received positively by the team. Creating a meaningful connection between the package design and the logo was an instructive process for me.
